I've been using webCRM for five years now. First off, their customer support is fantastic - super helpful, friendly, and quick. That's really key. I utilize the system for sending out membership emails, invoicing, and tracking donations, and I find it really easy to navigate. The detailed segmentation of the database is particularly handy. I would highly recommend this service!

Every year, fresh features are introduced, making it easier to use each time.
